• Capturing and checking data and results from analyses done in the laboratory.• Must be familiar with all the procedures in the lab as well as all the requirements and duties of a Technical Signatory as requested by SANAS as well as ISO17025.• Do the forecasting for the following month.• Let the lab analysts do repeat analyses if any errors are spotted.• Draw up reports.• Communicate with clients and resolve any client queries regarding the analyses or results.• Help with closing of any non-conformances raised by the internal audits and SANAS. • Responsible for the calculations once instructions were received from client.• Put all the information and results, regarding the coal samples from the client, into the report.• Sign off the results if everything is correct and send final certificate to client (Technical Signatory)• Working with samples that is being outsourced for other analyses and checking the results reported back to us before reporting it to client.• Make sure all reports that are planned to be invoiced for the month gets done and reported in time so that we reach our monthly target.
