As Assistant Contracts Manager I assisted Contracts Managers by collecting information to help them to create a plan of works. This includes site visits to gathering photos, creating a site plan, identifying issues i.e. Power, obstructions and informing occupiers of properties what is involved with the works.Once gathering the information I will create ACOP compliant drawings and Plans of Works. For notifiable works this will also involve composing and submitting ASB5 Notifications to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)

Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform CV Analysis. Comparing the candidates CV and application form to find any discrepancies between the two. These would been then reported to Client and added to the screening.-Gathering contact details in order to send requests to verify education and employment. This has to be done whilst adhering to the Data Protection Act.-Chasing companies and academic institutions in regards to references sent. Requesting that they confirm receipt of request and estimated return date. This is done via telephone or email.-Answering questions that the candidates have regarding the background screening whilst observing the Clients requirements-Dealing with large numbers of candidates with attention to each individual case at a short, demanding and competitive time scale.-Screening for the client Summer Graduate programmes-Double checking all discrepancies with academic institutions and employers to ensure all data is correct.Additional Duties:-Entering data into the company’s in-house database systems including information on application form and the supplied supporting documentation.-Performing the first stage of quality control to ensure that all information entered into the system is correct.-Providing basic IT support i.e fixing faulty screens, checking internet connections, setting up computers for new team members.
