My current role has many various duties such as participating in pre-construction planning and design activities and assisting the Project Manager, financial management & cost reporting, subcontractor & vendor management, client relations, interpreting specifications, designs and drawings and preparing quantity takeoffs, using AutoCAD to prepare drawings and sketches to support change orders, estimates, etc., verifying work-in-place quantities for invoicing/pay quantities, maintaining submittal logs and timely receipt and reviewing of submittals and shop drawings, verifying project hours, tasks, cost codes and equipment charges, participating in all phases of the estimating process.

For this position, my duties were to ensure that the construction conforms to the project plans, specifications and special provisions, to verify that the appropriate materials and construction processes are being used and to take field measurements and perform calculations

For this job title I was able to demonstrate to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment while accurately completing shipping orders

While working at this job I performed the proctor test and other various field tests. I also performed concrete and ground compaction tests.
