Written and self-published two fantasy novels and currently working on an illustrated childrens book.

• Designed, project managed and facilitated a variety of sports and art based activities, which have included collaboration with local artists and galleries. • Provided support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health, in a community and learning environment. • Promoted independence and integration through person centred activities. • Organised and coordinated day trips and holidays, both locally and abroad. • Researched and developed community based activities and set up new and exciting opportunities. • Liaised with professionals and organisations, sharing knowledge and resources. • Marketed the service. • Produced advertising material for distribution and website. Including easy read documents, surveys and activity programmes.   • Ensured quality of service through the monitoring and management of volunteers and staff. • Wrote reports and delivered regular presentations to the board and induction staff. • Experience at writing grant applications for funding projects. Projects have included - Exhibitions and Workshops with The Stanley Picker Gallery, Kingston and in partnership with The Dorich House Museum, Kingston. Betty TV production of the Autistic Gardener. The Tour of Britain 2014.

• Facilitated and managed a pottery and woodwork department. • Supported individuals and groups in community based employment with the Surrey County Council and a local Polo club, managing a small ground maintenance team. • Planned and implemented art and craft sessions and drama productions.  • Provided support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a community and learning environment.

• Employed as an arts workshop tutor for children with special needs. • My work with Essential Arts also involved running photography workshops for drug and alcohol abuse groups. • Plan and structure classes to meet the need of individuals.
