Qualified Architect with 11 years Post Graduate experience managing the design process and successful delivery of many building typologies including Healthcare, Laboratory and Residential. Global experience attained working in North America, Kuwait and London. Design experience includes design documentation, consultant and project team coordination with a strong strategic emphasis in understanding of the client’s brief criteria, contract, cost control and understanding of what’s involved to successfully deliver the project. Strong involvement in the planning, management and control of the design team, process, communication and delivery of large scale project deliverables, a specific design management “overview” skill set has been sharpened and developed at a strategic leadership level on many projects. Recently moving from traditional architectural practices into the construction and property development sectors, this progression has developed a broad skills base and unique insight into many aspects of design, project procurement and delivery in a commercial environment from a design and construction perspective.
