- Oversee food preparation process to ensure that all products are consistently prepared and served according to the recipes, portioning and serving standards. - Fill in where needed to ensure customer service standards and efficient operation.- Keep supplies adequately stock by anticipating inventory, placing orders, and moniotoring equipment.- Monitor and handle large-scale inventory. - Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations. - Schedule employees as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring all positions are staffed as needed and cost efficiently.
