I co-founded Lexicon Foundation as part of my CSR efforts. Lexicon Foundation has presence in Singapore and the Philippines. In the past years, we have built education centres and churches in the Philippines. Due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, we brought our focus to the homeless and needy in Singapore and are introducing programmes to help the underprivileged in our little red dot, esp Children & Elderly.

We are advising/building on the transformation of sustainable alternative energy, green energy storage , alternative energy systems and sustainable recycling & waste. Leveraging on truly green & clean technologies to build a truly sustainable ecosystem that solve the problems of current industries and at the same time, provide earth an opportunity to resuscitate.

I founded Dominion Enterprises Global as an investment arm focusing on advanced technology, AI, Robotics and higher learning. Some of the areas of investment include: artificial intelligence, blockchain, and sustainable smart cities.One of the projects closest to my heart is a tie-up between Asian students and Ivy league educators, whom we brought together for coaching/mentoring so that we can build up/enable new Leaderships.

I sit on the Advisory for Blockchain, Metaverse,AI & advises on Strategies that focus on building green/sustainable projects in ASEAN countries.

I was President of APAC market at (Nasdaq Listed)Zebra Technologies, an org in IOT, RTLC, Track&Trace, Mobility , Smart solutions & led a team of over 200 across 15 offices. When I joined Zebra, there was insufficient focus on strategy, communication & execution between the various teams. My colleagues and I worked on to bring focus to the teams in all markets. At Zebra, I also led the transformation through re-alignment of core strategies to refocus our vision, branding, messaging, go to market , channel management and business by identifying vertical industries, customer segments and re-centering our product development around their needs. I also helped implement the manufacturing shift from America to China. APAC achieved 16% of world wide revenue from 5%. All of these contributed to growing the company from strength to strength, and we became the market leader once again.Zebra made a series of acquisitions during my tenure, including companies such as Motorola to complete our ecosystem.

I was the Regional Director of the South Asia team. When I joined (Nasdaq listed) Symbol Technologies, the company was ranked 3rd in terms of APAC market share and rapidly losing market share foothold. Within 2 years, my colleagues and myself took Symbol Tech back to the number One position in Asia leading the Data Capture. The company was subsequently acquired by Motorola to fill a gap.

As Regional Director , I led the Linksys team in Asia Pacific after Linksys was acquired by Cisco System (Nasdaq Listed) for USD500 million. My colleagues and I worked to ensure a seamless integration & reorganisation after the acquisition, and continued to grow the stakeholder interests.

I was a Regional Director at Linksys APAC, a wireless pioneer, which was built from the ground up by my partners , colleagues and myself into the Number 1 consumer choice in APAC within five years. The company operated in 33 countries across APAC & EMEA . Linksys became an attractive target & was acquired by Cisco System, where I continued my role. Very fulfilling.
