When I joined Zebra, there was insufficient focus on strategy, communication & execution between the various teams. My colleagues and I worked on to bring focus to the teams in all markets. At Zebra, I also led the transformation through re-alignment of core strategies to refocus our vision, branding, messaging, go to market , channel management and business by identifying vertical industries, customer segments and re-centering our product development around their needs. I also helped implement the manufacturing shift from America to China. APAC achieved 16% of world wide revenue from 5%. All of these contributed to growing the company from strength to strength, and we became the market leader once again.Zebra made a series of acquisitions during my tenure, including companies such as Motorola to complete our ecosystem. -

Within 2 years, my colleagues and myself took Symbol Tech back to the number One position in Asia leading the Data Capture. The company was subsequently acquired by Motorola to fill a gap.
