I am blessed to have coached athletes who have gone on to win World Championships and Olympic Gold medals. I have also been able to collaborate with some of the best coaches in the world. I have lead teams and crews to numerous NCAA and B1G Championships. I believe that leadership is the meta skill either creating bottlenecks or unleashing synergy.I am a lifelong learner, inspired by excellence and the process of mastery. I believe cultivating and enhancing the essential skills of leadership is an iterative process moving even the most effective leaders towards greater influence.
