I'm Andrew Thruston, a proud Arizona native with a 20-year tenure in the real estate and renovation industry. Over the years, I've built a foundation of knowledge and experience in the fields of Property Management, Real Estate, and Construction. This journey began with steering successful ventures such as Rental Renovators Inc. (now P. J. Hussey Construction), Green Go Landscaping, LLC, and Adrenaline Investments, Inc.In my current role as a Managing Partner, I lead a dedicated team of nearly 50. Together, we oversee 600+ managed units, handle hundreds of renovation and new construction projects, and facilitate up to 20 real estate transactions annually.Beyond day-to-day operations, I'm a visionary at heart, consistently crafting innovative strategies for our sustained growth. This can manifest in various ways, from investing in new approaches to serving our customers, such as becoming a Dave Ramsey certified Financial Coach, to approaching the industry with total transparency and honesty.I hope that anyone who has worked with me recognizes my commitment to integrity as I approach each project with enthusiasm and focus, leveraging my professional and personal experiences to serve to the best of my ability.Beyond the professional realm, I find joy in spending time with my wife, Jessica Thruston, and our three children, Caden, Kyler, and Katie.
