VAV Retro Fits, Work with Metasys Software, Point to Point checkout, LON and Bacnet Networks, custom graphics and user views using vizio and JCI software. Oversees and manages entire Metasys network for a military installation. Works with mechanics, government contractors, IT specialists to maintain the integrity of the network. I work with the Energy Savings Johnson Controls group that proves the contractual energy savings per our contracts by pulling trend data from the Metasys server. I am also responsible for making sure all Metasys Network Automation Engine's (NAE) get upgraded to Revision 6.0 per the Metasys Upgrade contract. I am also responsible for backing up all controller databases to the virtual servers as well as for creating backups for all controllers.

Assisted in residential complete retro-fits of HVAC systems including but not limited to Kenmore, Goodman, Trane, Carrier, Lennox, and Rheem. Built duct work from 26 gauge sheet metal. Performed fall start up on commercial units many of which were in Washington, D.C. Performed PM duties on large commercial units including but not limited to changing belts, cleaning coils, and changing filters. Assisted in installation and repairs on building control systems (Johnson Controls, Trane, Metasys, Belimo, Tekmar, etc). for commercial and residential applications. Picked up parts and managed truck inventory.

Wireless Controls, Building Systems Technology

/ Office and Coffee SuppliesMaintained all of my customers' accounts with their agreed upon office and coffee supplies on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Also responsible for opening new accounts as well as always keeping my current accounts aware of promotions, new products, price changes, account status, and delivery times. I work directly with office managers in such business settings as law offices, financial institutions, technology companies, hotel chains, military bases, and many other high profile companies based in the metropolitan Atlanta area. I order my needed products on a daily basis in order to load and deliver the product in a timely manner. Must maintain a professional appearance at all times because of the business environment that I am always in.

Sales Guide New and Used CarsWas responsible for maintaining and cultivating a solid customer's base for new car/used purchases, leases and service follow up. Sales skills learned and put into practice on a daily basis. Customer service and people skills are a vital part of our daily routine in order to achieve sales goals. Daily Action Plan including but not limited to (written plan of action, follow up phone calls, role playing, walking inventory, learning new product info, scheduling appointments & deliveries with customers, and maintaining high level of enthusiasm and energy).

Receiving Was solely responsible for all delivery's into the Nordstrom Columbia store, including but not limited to taking inventory and preparation to transport onto store floor. Included daily is the transfer of any product to other stores and customers along with following up to verify delivery. This consists of utilizing UPS, DHL, and USPS on both transfers and returning merchandise. All aspects of the above are under strict time constraints.

On the commercial construction side, processed originated and refinanced loans for contractors. Responsible for compilation of all reports to owners and financiers such as, payment histories, and reconciliations. Interfacing with attorneys, contractors, government agencies and lenders were but some of every day functions.

Handled all delivery, inventory and all other phases associated with daily running of a warehouse. Tasks included the responsibility of all employees completing all functions in a timely, safe manner.
