My current role is essentially an upgrade of my previous post with added responsibilities:- Digital content lead within the organisation responsible for digital content strategies, policies and guidelines, including web accessibility (WCAG) guidance and compliance. - Product owner of our hybrid headless CMS Contensis, managing the platform roadmap, supplier relationship, website projects, internal stakeholders and system updates.- Team manager of our Digital Content Team (DCT), providing guidance and support to four content designers and a developer, as well as occasional graduates, interns and work experience students. - Biggest achievement so far has been the redesign and relaunch of suffolk.gov.uk on Contensis (2022), making our main website used by 100,000 people monthly faster, simpler, easier to use and more accessible, reliable and secure.
