Identified several design concerns during the design/ development phase which saved the project countless man-hours and tens of thousands of dollars. Project was completed on time and under budget.  Gorham-Fayette Local School District, Fayette, OH [OSFC Project]: Served as on-site Construction Manager of an early site package for a $13 million dollar 99, 277SF (K-12) School including all underground utilities, parking areas, and foundation footings.  Sentinel Career Center, Tiffin, OH [OSFC Project]: Served as on-site Construction Manager Superintendent for a 123,000SF renovation of all MEP systems within the facility. This project involved a $5.9 million dollar renovation and was completed $300,000 under budget. This project also met all requirements for LEED Silver certification. Currently serving as Project Superintendent for an Assisted Living Facility remodel including tenant rooms, administration offices, and common area additions.
