I consult with existing and prospectivecustomers through email, telephone, and face-to-face communications in order to provide product information, highlight anydiscounts or promotions and ensure complete satisfaction.I am familiar with the VIP Program as well as the three-tier system of alcohol distribution.

I began my career through the entry-level role of Stock Clerk with Publix Supermarkets, where I developed the fundamentalskills needs to succeed in retail sales. Primary responsibilities included stocking shelves, placing product orders, and ensuringaccuracy in deliveries, stocking, and pricing.
