I am responsible for assisting customers in-store and over the phone with my knowledge of engines. On a daily basis, I would completely fulfill numerous online orders, help walk-in customers, and secure orders over the phone. Additionally, I helped in creating the currently used inventory system and updated the locations of high volume product to high traffic areas to increase efficiency. I am also a key part of the outdrive remanufacturing process of completed outdrives as a certified rebuilder. Additionally, I am a key part in procurement of parts and cores for this process.
