Have you ever enjoyed a lovely sunny day at the nearest lake? Or maybe trekked down a lush forest pathway? Enjoyed a sweet, crisp, refreshing drink of water from the tap? All of these experiences have something in common. They are affected by environmental health! My name is Andrew Utter, and I have a passion for working for our environment. I am currently seeking jobs to help me hone my skills and allow me to strengthen my experiences. My career goal is to one day work for an active and outdoor focused city or an environmentally focused department in our government. "The earth belongs to each of these generations during its course, fully and in its own right. The second generation receives it clear of the debts and encumbrances of the first, the third of the second, and so on. For if the first could charge it with a debt, then the earth would belong to the dead and not to the living generation … no generation can contract debts greater than may be paid during the course of its own existence.”- Thomas Jefferson, 1789What helps me explore my curiosities is reading! I read a plethora of different types of books, from business analysis to apocalyptic sci-fi. Learning through reading is vital for creating a firm understanding of anything, but it isn't the only thing required to become a master. Without applying knowledge, one can only become distantly familiar. Please consider me for any environmental internships, entry level positions, or opportunities that you have available.Best Regards, Andrew Utter
