Working as a supervisor in Best Buy I was responsible for delivering results for the operations side of the business. Including meeting company standards for performance, meeting time deadlines for special events, keeping up with current trends within the business market, and empowering all associates to create a culture of success. I would equally give attention to the sales side of the business attributing to store performance results around revenue, membership culture, and coaching and training. Holding a key holder title as well, I would open and close the building throughout the week making sure all safety measures are being executed in full effect.

For my time as a Team Supervisor I would delegate tasks based upon traffic trends and business models, to maximize revenue and growth within the department. Coach and train around sales performance and find gaps that could be fixed to excel the department into the next tier of success. Full solutions were a drive to make sure every customer was given the best possible experience within our location.
