Managed the Application and Development Center (ADC, Danfoss Drive, Singapore).Set up the Sustainable Technology Centre (STC, Danfoss, Singapore).

Oversaw the qualification of new tools to control EQ performance. Enhanced equipment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality, uptime, and costs. Collaborated with equipment and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient operations for smooth workflow. Monitored and analyzed Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts. Successfully executed an SGD$750,000 project.

Conducted electrical and mechanical Preventive and Corrective maintenance on the wafer transportation system. Completed an SGD$150,000 Continuous Improvement Project for the upgrade of the AMHS system. Oversaw inventory, logs, and reports. Additionally, delivered training sessions for new team members.
