I’ve worked for three internationally-renowned AJ100 practices. My efforts ensured their respective historic and remarkable contributions to the industry were not only celebrated but remained at the forefront of public conversation. In 2022 I founded incl*, a creative and inclusive agency specialising in architecture and design. My time as the PR & Communications Manager at Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) saw the introduction of the practice's first brand guidelines, to grow their followers and PR outreach simultaneously. The guidelines were to replace sporadic design and tone-of-voice choices with consistent branding and direction.​Conran and Partners was a creative time for my career, it saw the launch of the practices’ new website which I managed and guided from an initial sketch, through to development and publishing. I initiated a new vision for the website, which saw a clear division of the studio's services between architecture and interior design – an accurate representation of the organisation of the practice – translated to the screen. Historically, Conran and Partners were overshadowed by The Conran Store, hence the objective for the new website was to clearly highlight their capabilities as a single entity. I was promoted from Marketing Manager to Head of Communications and tripled my team within eight months. During my time at Foster + Partners, I grew their social following to surpass one million followers. I achieved this milestone through creative social media campaigns showcasing the practice’s working environment, D&I responsibilities and specialities within architecture, BIM, model-making, sustainability and structural engineering. I led the award submissions with inclusivity at the forefront, representing people and projects across Foster + Partners global network of studios.
