As the point-of-contact for foreign exchange students during their time in America, responsibilities included regular communication with students, host-families, school administrators, and exchange organizations, intervening on behalf of students if necessary and handling discipline issues should they arise, and recruiting new host families. A part of one of the largest freight brokerage firms in the US, responsibilities included organization and communication surrounding the securing and transportation of freight. During this role, sales and trucker recruitment were 100% phone based.

Teaching ages ranging from elementary to high school, responsibilities included course management, athletic operations, curriculum development, one-on-one student advising, and family communications. As a result of my involvement, a theater program was established as a new annual revenue stream for the school, a new writing curriculum was developed, and several independent study courses spanning Creative Writing to Historiography were designed.
