Lead the consolidation of recycling businesses across various entities under SA Group Enterprises, the creation and development of the brand’s Electronic Recycling Australia (ERA) and Unplug N’Drop program. Completed a 5-year strategic review with an in-depth analysis to substantially grow recycling businesses. Restructured the Underdale site to be more flexible and efficient, and to accommodate more recycling initiatives. Executed extensive business planning and budgeting for multiple departments. Managed a team of up to 100 staff. Utilized auditing, and lean manufacturing expertise in policy, product, and process development. Maintained all quality and service standards to industry best practiceSAGE Recycling offers Environmental E-Cycling Services for corporate clients as well as consumers and small businesses via the National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme under the Electronic Recycling Australia (ERA) brand.

Accepted additional responsibility to lead the business management of both Wire Ware and Aspitech. Executed in-depth analysis to stop the decline in revenues for the manufacturing business. Divested & restructured the team to be more flexible and efficient whilst also successfully transitioning Supported Employees (people with a disability) to a new site with new job opportunities. Executed extensive business planning and budgeting for multiple departments. Managed a team of up to 80 staff and supported employees working under a team of six managers. Utilizes lean manufacturing expertise in product and process development. Enforces an inclusive safe working environment by engaging and implementing Disability Standards, ISO Accreditations and AS/NZS Standards.
