Accepted additional responsibility to lead the business management of both Wire Ware and Aspitech. Executed in-depth analysis to stop the decline in revenues for the manufacturing business. Divested & restructured the team to be more flexible and efficient whilst also successfully transitioning Supported Employees (people with a disability) to a new site with new job opportunities.
