• Taking online applications from prime customers for Car Finance and PCP (personal contract purchase) and converting into sales, processing the relevant information to ensure the best deal is offered to the customer based on their requirements.• Advising customers of the process and signposting. • Discussing interest rates, charges and all other relevant figures to ensure the customer has a strong understanding of the product they are purchasing.• HPI checking every vehicle the customer chooses to ensure the car is sourced from a reliable source with good history.• Checking dealers history to make sure they are reputable provider and FCA regulated.• Working to team targets as well as my own individual KPI’s.

New & Used Car Sales and all other aspects of working in the Motor Industry including selling add on products and services, promoting Finance, working to targets

- Taking inbound calls from customers and converting them into new business, cross selling and promoting any relevant products such as breakdown insurance, home emergency and personal accident cover.- Making outbound calls to existing customers upon renewal date for Home and Motor insurance and getting them to renew with us promoting our features and benefits and using discount and cash back accordingly to close the sale.- Working to a Branch and individual Income, Add-On and Cases target- Reading scripts and adhering to Treating Customers Fairly- Making sure all sales are fully compliant, working towards a compliance target.- Daily Branch Banking- Branch Health and Safety- Monthly Coaching and conducting 121's with my staff to review performanceand development.- Updating daily to staff the branch performance to target and looking at KPI's for focus and improvement.- Daily NICE Call listening and issuing personal development plans/Action plans when any further coaching/training is identified and reviewing these daily/weekly.- Daily communication with my Area Manager to discuss and areas of development and branch focus to hit Branch and Area target's.- Making sure the staff are adhering Treating Customers Fairly, selling and promoting our products compliantly, not advising and giving our customers a world class customer service by call listening, "Live" call listening and monthly compliance scores from head office.- Dealing with Customer complaints and adhering to our complaints procedure.
