Managing a portfolio of Coporate Organisations, specialising in the Retail, Transport and Travel Verticals in particular. The role required an in depth understanding of the Telco and ICT landscape and to manage Virtual teams to deliver customer outcomes and revenue retention and in particular growth. I have a detailed understanding of the Telco Products base, from Mobility, Managed Services.

Initially I worked within the Corporate and Government Space as a Business Development Manager however built up a large portfolio of Corporate customers. Due to this I moved over to a role as Senior Account Manager to build and support these customers. Key focus covered Trans Tasman services and WOB managed services. My focus has and always will be to become as strong customer advocate as I know that good customer experience is the lifeblood of any business and is my passion.

I held an Account Management and Sales Position in the early days within Hutchison telecoms. Selling and managing Optus GSM Mobile and Pagers (Before even Orange or 3 came to town!).
