I started my Telecoms career at Telinet as a junior Project Manager learning the basics of telecoms and IT infrastructure. Whilst at Telinet i was promoted to Project Manager after working on some larger more complex projects which involved larger number of users across more sites and different types of technologies within one project.

I was responsible for taking 3rd line technical faults over the phone and via email, analysing the 2nd line information and using my initiative and experience develop a resolution for the fault, this could be remotely connecting to the clients network/PC and making changes myself or sending out hardware and attending site to installed the new hardware to resolve the issue.
