 A people leader with eight full time and thirty-five seasonal direct reports; consisting of managing, scheduling, and establishing goals to ensure site reaches corporate KPI’S.  Successfully motivated and coached Hollandale employees through the transition to a new site. On a daily basis I worked closely with site leadership to ensure site goals set by our corporate planning team were met in Treating and Packaging. Conduct daily toolbox meetings with my team to spend the time to talk about the importance of safety. The leadership team was instrumental in changing the culture at Hollandale, MS to embrace and utilize technology through the use of IPads in our facility for production, inventory, and shipping. With this we gained positive impact on the quality of our processes.

 Lead of quality control in lab, where I performed quality inspections on grain sorghum and entered data into SAP. I also managed and trained personnel to perform quality checks on grain sorghum in the lab. I managed the quality data by pulling a bi report from business intelligence. In charge of picking good quality seed from the foundation seed, providing it to the production side for the upcoming crop plan. In charge of setting up and managing the Crossing Block Spreadsheet to completion to ensure that the right Females and Males are increased when needed.  Coordinated with the Puerto Rico and Mexico Teams and Export Logistics on the timely export of getting grow-out samples to meet planting window. Analyzed the grow-out data in comparison to Crop Quality specifications.  Engaged in the BBS Team which was formed to do quality inspections on safety each month.

 Performed quality field inspections including population counts, purity checks, and gathering pesticide information used by the USDA. Successfully educated other personnel on the Field Information Data Organizer as well as the SST Summit mapping program. Organized and led bin sampling crew to ensure all grain bins were sampled in a timely manner.
