My studies at Hardin Simmons University allowed for the development of personal identity, giving a comprehensive view of graphic history and communication. With a degree in Graphic Design and Photography I understand how to think creatively, initiate work and the importance of perspective. Part Time work in a administrative assistant position and a management position provided beneficial exposure to my experience while in attendance at Hardin Simmons. The knowledge gained from this has helped me to understand many aspects of business and the importance of communication. I am able to implement these skills in the position as an Customer Support/ Account Technician. The position requires flexibility and as the team structure grew exponentially from day one. As roles changed, professionalism was gleaned from the environment through trainings and superiors who instilled practical and ethical business practices. Three years in customer service has provided technical knowledge, workflow efficiency, mental fortitude, and team communication essential to meeting client demands and deadlines.
