As Head of Education at Sportradar Integrity Services, I lead the development and execution of global integrity education initiatives, ensuring the highest standards in safeguarding sports against threats like match-fixing, social media and digital integrity violations, and athlete wellbeing issues.I have extensive experience providing education and consultancy to the world’s largest sports governing bodies and leagues, including FIFA, UEFA, AFC, MLB, NCAA, Lega Serie A, DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga, FIA and many more. I collaborate closely with senior leadership, clients, and sports governing bodies to deliver tailored workshops and digital education that protects the integrity of sport at all levels.My role encompasses leading a talented team of educators, overseeing the professional development of colleagues, and ensuring continuous innovation in our programmes by leveraging AI-driven tools and advanced technologies. I act as Product Owner for all education products and services, ensuring they are aligned with clients' educational goals and meet evolving regulatory standards.In addition to managing budgets and resources, I work with cross-functional teams to refine pricing strategies and adapt our offerings to new markets. As a passionate advocate for integrity in sports, I am committed to promoting education as a cornerstone of prevention, ensuring our stakeholders and partners receive impactful, high-quality solutions tailored to their needs.And when I'm not doing this, I'm voluntary Head of Sportradar UK Social Committee, responsible for planning and organising employee engagement activities, fostering a positive workplace culture, and promoting team building through social events and initiatives.
