Supporting the commercial teams in the day to day activities of selling and promoting Sciex aftermarket and software products. This includes the preparation of funnel data, sales projections, campaign and promotion creation with the global/regional marketing teams. I also provide data analytic reports via SFDC dashboards to the L3 team based on the current AM funnel and Lead generation. I work closely with the global service portfolio team on the ideation, creation and launch of new aftermarket products. Due to my broad experience of the service business I am often pulled in as a consultant on service related topics.

Supporting the commercial and marketing teams in the day to day activities of selling and promoting Sciex aftermarket products. I also support the Regional Aftermarket Sales Director in the daily management of the AM account management team, setting tasks and performing follow up. I also provide data analytic reports via SFDC dashboards to the L3 team based on the current AM funnel and Lead generation.

Responsible for the market development of all aftermarket products. This included working with global and regional marketing teams on campaigns and promotions from concept to execution. I reported our activities into the L3 group for EMEAI on a monthly basis. I also supported the commercial team with product/systems/process queries and lead on commercially focused products.

I was responsible for the UK/Ireland commercial service business. I carried a quota in excess of $7m and over achieved the territory sales targets every year. As a result of this performance I was awarded at the EMEAI kick off meetings for 4 consecutive years

I was the key account engineer for a major CRO account in the UK taking care of all their service requirements. I was also involved in the annual account review meetings and the contract renewal negotiations.
