His experience is built on the values and disciplines instilled from the association with Barbados Defence Force (BDF) for 20 years. He was promoted through the ranks of Private to Sergeant Quartermaster obtaining extensive training in Disaster Management and security procedures through the tender of BDF.Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in providing security services and training in the conduct of enforcing the peace on a work site through observation reporting, intimidation or physical intervention. These skills have been demonstrated where he performed these duties through participation in all aspects of preparation and execution at World Cup 2007 (Barbados), Reggae Festival from inception to date in collaboration with FAS Entertainment, attending Tradewinds with other participant from throughout the Caribbean through training workshops with DEA, Homeland Security, English and USA Special Forces to formulate new security strategies and techniques. His vigilant and observant nature enhances the ability of controlling and monitoring of entrances and movement of people while maintaining a safe environment. In extension, he trains and a proven track record with K9 security protecting handler from intruders, guarding premises, searching persons entering events, building, etc., or examining your high-risk areas or persons for hidden drugs and weapons.
