• Lead Engineer for the GAP analysis team between the client and Bakers Aptara subsea equipment development to gain technical engineering approval to allow opportunities to tender for future projects.• To help reduce all project documentation costs I drove Baker Hughes standardisation approach to internal and client-facing documentation with the following duties but not limited to:-Developing a process for the creation of standard documentation using industry specifications to help reduce project documentation costs by 50-80%, project depending.- Collaboratively working with all product group leads and teams aligning them to industry standards and aligning product groups and Aptara team to create standard product documentation packs for all Aptara equipment.- Worked with BH product groups to review, approve & release documents using BH software to allow transmittal of documents using document control to allow the client to carry out technical GAP analysis.
