CurrentAir traffic control expert with leadership responsibility for the development, testing and deployment of new ATC systems into the live operating environment in compliance with strict safety and regulatory requirements. Perform system testing on development platforms and within live operating environment to test for system performance, human performance and produce assurance and validation evidence in support of new system deployment. Develop HMI solutions for end user interfaces in conjunction with Human Factors experts, carry out end user testing and stress testing of new designs, concepts and interaction methodologies. Provide extensive support as a subject matter expert in hazard and risk analyses for new systems, processes and procedures using various hazard analysis methodologies. Develop end user training packages, workbooks, presentations and interactive training guides as well as delivering end user training on new systems. Facilitate workshops for key project activities including user stories and requirements derivation, user interface design concepts and analysis and training material development and assessment. Lead the operational core team who support the development, testing and training of new systems for the wider end user community, acting as focal point and leader on all issues relating to the project. Am an ATC expert for the new ATC operating system, analysing work-flows, writing end user requirements, designing HMI and functional user solutions and designs, testing designs and tracking observations from testing and agreeing courses of action for resolution of system defects. Responsible for all operational communications regarding the various projects and tracking the readiness of end users to accept the change through change management tracking activities and reporting processes.
