ATC project work-package manager and team manager for ATC development activities. Led the team that designed the new ATC operations room at Swanwick, this included collecting and developing requirements and working with human factors, engineers and end users to finalise a functional and innovative design. Developed the transition strategy for moving our ATC operations from our existing operating systems to our newly developed systems within the new operations room. Facilitated workshops between developers and operational leaders to iterate a suitable strategy and gain approval from the board for said strategy. Managed multiple project work-packages for various projects with responsibility for forecasting tasks and resource requirements, obtaining approval and budgets for these projections with project managers and then tracking and updating projections during the project life-cycle.  Developed the communications strategy and tactical communications plans for various projects, created communications material for said projects. Was responsible for change management monitoring and tracking the success of these communications activities for various projects. Led the detailed transition planning activities for the deployment of the new ATC operating system into service, facilitated workshops with developers and engineers to understand the technical challenges, iterated solutions with an integrated approach that factored in resource limitations for these transition activities. Led the design and development of the new end user workstations to be used within the new operations room on the new operating system. Responsible for collecting end user requirements and developing designs for multiple different end users.
