Talent was either hard to find, because the market was limited, or they were impossible to afford or we didn’t see a culture fit. So we solved our own problem by starting Ivy, a service business in Eastern Europe that understands Scaleups, moves fast, offers fair rates and is big on culture and client relationships.Our passion lies in building longterm remote teams around our customers job descriptions from a cultural and a technical perspective.Our engineering teams are based in Ukraine, one of the top IT destinations globally, and come with exceptional education and a solid work ethic.> Our core values are reflected in the culture we have built at ivy and is what sets us apart.

Having sold my business in 2017 I spent one year as a solo traveller visiting different countries in Asia, Africa and Europe. It's amazing what you learn about yourself when you turn your phone off after so many years in business. A life changing experience.

Set up and started Packaging/Warehousing/Logistics company which grew to approx 5m turnover. Responsible for business growth and managing up to 50 employees across different departments including Purchasing, Accounts, Sales, Admin, HR and Warehouse/Drivers. Also worked closely with Accountants and Banks to ensure constant liquidity, forecasting and reporting structures were in place.Sold business in 2017 before travelling and moving to Ukraine.
