Program Manager of the Coast Guard's External Outreach and Heritage Program which includes the National Coast Guard Museum project, Community Relations, Tribal and Governmental Affairs, Coast Guard's Historian’s Office, the Coast Guard's Ceremonial Honor Guard and Coast Guard Band. Leads a team of 34 active duty and civilian employees in setting service-wide policy and managing all aspects of the Coast Guard's community engagement program. Manages all aspects of CG planning for the development of a $150 Million project to build an 80,000 square foot National Coast Guard Museum in New London, CT. Coordinates extensively with federal, state, local, and tribal entities, as well as non-profit organizations on the design of the building, State Historic Preservation Office requirements, permitting, construction schedule, funding, and cost saving initiatives. Reinvigorated stalled 15+ year-old initiative to a project with exhibits fully designed, construction in progress, and Museum opening planned for 2025.

Orchestrated all aspects of daily operations, logistics, readiness, facility engineering, safety, training, personnel support, security, and procurement for a 200-acre telecommunications facility essential to delivering the Coast Guard’s mission critical information technology infrastructure services to more than 55,000 users around the world. Provided direct leadership of 280 active duty, civilian and contractor personnel executing an annual budget of more than $250 Million.

Led the oversight, planning, and policy development for a diverse 550 person workforce supporting the Coast Guard's entire real property portfolio, consisting of over 55K assets, 92K acres & $18B replacement value. Managed Coast Guard’s shore recapitalization process, prioritizing comprehensive $2B backlog. Reviewed and approved planning documentation to include requirement development, business case/analysis of alternatives, and 30% design for $200M+ per year. Directed responses to all Congressional, Office of Management and Budget, Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General, & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Audit inquiries.

Directed a 14-member multi-disciplined team of engineers, architects, environmental specialists, contracting officers, and construction inspectors in the planning, design, construction, repair, and environmental compliance/National Environmental Policy Act support for all Coast Guard shore facilities & fixed aids to navigation in the Coast Guard’s 14th District, encompassing 1.1M+ square feet of facilities valued at $336M across the Central and Western Pacific. Directed strategic planning and tactical asset management to ensure facilities met functional and operational needs in direct support of CG missions.

Directed Facility Maintenance and Environmental Management for Base Honolulu and 15 tenant organizations; supported 1,000+ employees on 41-acre base with 242K square feet of facilities valued at $70M+. Managed planning and maintenance for two executive residences and 20+ geographically dispersed housing units on multiple islands. Managed all Industrial Support Activity, including planned maintenance and casualty repair for 12 cutters/boats and 8 shore units. Executed over 250 Industrial Support Orders per year in support of Naval, Civil, and Electronics Engineering programs totaling $2.3M.

Supervised maintenance and operation of $62M shore plant consisting of 221 acres and 521 buildings with 400K square feet. Served as contracting officer's technical representative with primary oversight of the execution of a $4M facility maintenance contract. Project manager performed pre-award design reviews, managed inspections and progress, and generated specification and design modifications for $2M construction projects. Oversaw physical security contract and managed all aspects of physical security for high value installation.
