Provide engineering support emergency response for Region North Operations of NJDOT.

Developed data collection processes and databases to optimize daily log readings, which monitor and analyze performance of the steam and electric production system. Equipment monitored include (4) 600 psi boilers, (1) 125 psi emergency boiler, and (4) Steam turbines which generate over 22 MW’s of electricity. Steam and electric support 4.9 million square feet of research, biotechnology, and consumer health and manufacturing facilities.Worked closely with the operations group to determine data to be collected. Based on the data, the engineers will have better judgment in prioritizing projects by consider- ing reliability, efficiency, safety, and costs. Worked closely with the operations group to develop Piping and Instrument Design Diagrams for all the critical services (600 psi steam, 125 psi steam, treated water, make-up water, etc...).

Scheduled, organized, and conducted vehicular and pedestrian traffic counts. Performed field observation studies for different clients interested in parcels of land for commercial usage. Clients included were QuickChek, 7-Eleven, and Bank of America. Performed Automatic Traffic Recorder analysis of data collected on local, county, and state roadways. Prepared traffic analysis reports summarizing data collected, site observations, and suggested improvements to facilitate businesses along particular roads.

Assisted in the design and installation of HVAC systems in Pharmaceuticals. Assisted in the design of custom stainless steel for manufacturing and research facili- ties.
