I am currently pursuing an MBA degree at Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, where I am learning how to apply strategic management, leadership, and innovation skills to the Canadian automotive industry. I have a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from De La Salle University, where I majored in Organizational and Social Systems Development. I also have a Bachelor of Human Resources Management from University of Newcastle, where I gained exposure to the HR functions and practices of a global organization. I have strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, which I developed through my previous work experience as a Business and Project Development Management Trainee at Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation, and as an HR Intern at the same company. I helped launch the company's new HRIS system, participated in sales training seminars, and assisted in the sourcing and recruitment of mid and high-level staff. I also worked on several pipeline expansion projects in the provinces, such as 3Torre Lorenzo and Torre Lorenzo Loyola. I am passionate about learning new things, adapting to different environments, and contributing to the growth and success of the organizations I work with. I am looking to transition into the Canadian automotive industry, where I can leverage my marketing and sales experience, and apply my MBA knowledge and skills.
