Key responsibilities include:- Regular rounding with the PM across department floors to assess operations and ensure completion of rounding forms by department leaders.- Oversee the quality management of departmental resources, including binders, manuals, rounding forms, and hand hygiene audits.- Provide education and guidance to the PM on the scope and training requirements of each department unit.- Recruit and manage Department Coordinators, maintaining no vacancies and ensuring Leaders are supporting their teams at full capacity.- Respond to inquiries regarding EasyShifts and Salesforce with the support of the PM, ensuring smooth scheduling and shift management.
