OTC Derivatives | Collateral Management:• Facilitated daily collateral management transactions and processes for 20+ clients• Provided leading industry expertise on various collateral management processes• Managed collateral operations for 200+ billion in client assets• Settled and confirmed OTC Derivative trades• Provided oversight and training for the team• Operationally supported on-boarding of new client with well in excess of 100 m in collateral. NAV Quality Assurance:• Responsible for the research, analysis, review and processing in the production of multiple products net asset values (NAV). This review comprises of: transactions, capital stock, expenses, corporate actions, cash, special handling, and ledger/sub-ledger reconciliations. Additionally, I reviewed various valuation related items to ensure the securities held within the clients’ products are valued in accordance with the clients’ valuation procedures.• Resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure, which is conducted in an accurate and timely matter.• Accountable for daily pricing of 331 mutual fund clients, representing 233 billion in assets.Conversion Team:• Process and ensure accuracy of trades placed by clients such as; futures, SWAPS, FX, etc. and bonds through the confirmation of Bloomberg, NASDAQ, the clients platforms, and various levels of management. The process entails solving cash breaks, capital stock, amortization and accretion, expenses, and distributions through internal communication, analysis, and research.• Analyze financial reports and models. This development ensures the clients’ assets and products are accurately priced, managed, purchased, and sold in an orderly manner.
