Corporate Affairs Manager
CurrentAs Corporate Affairs Manager, my role is to oversee the development and distribution of Racing Queensland’s wide-ranging communications, including media and content.As the first point-of-contact for media/issues management enquiries, I’m responsible for end-to-end responses that protects and enhances RQ’s reputation and brand. Other responsibilities include: • Overseeing end-to-end management of RQ’s corporate communications including plans, protocols and resources;• Leading the development and implementation of RQ’s content and communications plan;• Developing and implementing strategies and plans to actively manage issues and mitigate risks;• Managing external stakeholder relationships, including clubs, infrastructure announcements and after-care activities; and• Liaising with media on industry and government related issues/announcements and RQ announcements and media releases.
