Reviewed code for many teams and critical projects to ensure quality and provide direction.• Built a number of services from the ground up for managing Health Apps, collecting member health data, and managing member experiences.• Built a variety of no-code tools to allow Ops and other non-Engineer stakeholders to configure the product and member experiences.• Organized educational sessions and hackathons for the engineering team, providing mentorship and contributing to strong engineering culture.• Worked on the EMR system and built essential features for clinicians to view and evaluate member health data, schedule visits, and order labs, medications, and treatment plans.

This included document upload, background check, and vehicle inspection flows.• Tech led the initial integration of Paytm into the Rider App as a payment method in India.• Helped with the initial launch of Uber in China, with improvements to the Rider App map experience, and other localization improvements.

• Led development efforts for iOS signal-processing pipeline that allows app developers to process, package, and analyze sensor data with minimal effort and tremendous flexibility.• Built pipeline modules that implement common signal processing operations, such as filtering and FFTs, which app developers can use with just a few lines of code.• Carried out extensive market and technical-specific research to find potential clients, gauged interest, and refined feature set.• Used Agile Scrum to design, complete, test, and deliver SDK to 7 clients in 10 weeks.• Constructed a unique system of chainable monads and specialized data structures in Objective-C; led all debugging efforts, which included numerous concurrency issues.

• XS is a social commerce iPhone app, like Instagram for Action Sports.• Re-wrote entire iOS codebase (33+ KLOC) from the ground up in 9 weeks using modern iOS programming patterns, iOS Storyboards, Parse (back-end as a service), Amazon S3, Facebook/Twitter authentication, and push notifications.• Used Node/Express, SASS, HTML5, CSS animations, and JQuery Promises to build the XS web app, as well as a widely appraised, interactive pitch deck (joinus.xsapp.co).• Worked directly with CEO to guide development schedule for design and engineering teams using Agile Scrum.• Product accepted to App Store in December; 35% month-to-month growth in installs.• Performed a substantial amount of graphic design and Photoshop work for UI elements.

• Feeding Forward allows organizations to request a pick-up of their excess consumable food, which is then delivered to homeless shelters by volunteer drivers using iPhone and web applications.• Recruited and led the 5-person engineering team as we designed and constructed the iPhone app, Rails web app, back-end, and API from scratch.• Formed partnerships, coordinated food pickups, and attracted new users, enabling our software to facilitate the recovery of over 10,000 pounds of food.• Managed the larger Feeding Forward team of volunteer marketers, designers and organizers.• Helped Feeding Forward become an AngelHack Finalist and get accepted to UC Berkeley’s Skydeck incubator.
