In this newly developed role, I oversee company wide HR initiatives around talent development, our early career program, internal communications, and our onboarding practices. I partner with Sigma's senior leadership to develop dynamic trainings, events, and evergreen content that will improve the Sigma employee experience and the efficiency of our teams.

Leading all things early career recruiting for our technical teams (SWE, Product, and Design). Oversee university outreach strategy and programming of our Summer internship program that hosts 25+ students each season across our SF & NYC offices.

• Develop, launch, and manage early talent strategy and programming of undergraduate and graduate internships and MBA product management rotational program that consists of 80+ interns and associates per year.• Source and manage annual diversity recruiting partnerships including programming of events and fellowships with the goal of improving access for underrepresented communities and developing employer brand - partners include Gay Gaming Pros (GGP), Latinx In Gaming, Gameheads, Nextplay, Women In Gaming, Girls In Tech, and Black Girl Gamers.• Build and develop positive relationships within college career services centers at HBCUs and HSIs, university faculty groups and student organizations.• Organize and facilitate university panels, career fairs, in-classroom engagements, and co-partnered university events with student organizations and clubs with the goal of improving brand awareness amongst emerging and diverse talent.• Lead the reporting of key performance metrics (i.e. program conversion, engagement, retention, etc.) and identify trends across entry-level and internship hiring.• Partner with Communications team on the development of corporate social media content including employer branding media and external corporate announcement pieces.
