As CEO I built Tiny Trees Preschool into the largest outdoor preschool in the United States, increasing school enrollment and revenue 2,200% over 4 years. Tiny Trees uses outdoor classrooms to make a quality education in reading, math and science affordable for families and give kids a truly awesome childhood - one full of play, exploration and wonder in the natural world. As the founding CEO I opened 6 schools in Washington State with 270 children attending daily. I also worked with Gov. Jay Inslee's office to successfully pass legislation that created licensing guidelines for outdoor preschools. This legislation allowed outdoor preschools to offer full day programs for working families and allowed Tiny Trees to accept city and state subsidies for low income families.

As board treasurer I managed the financials of an organization with a $1.5 million annual budget, supported a major donor fundraising campaign, directed the finance committee and lead the board as a member of the executive committee team.
