Launched a custom back-end application for an e-commerce site developed using an older pre-existing e-commerce PHP framework. This framework modifications allowed for a RESTful API integration of Nuxt.js/Vue.js front-end with the back end. The e-commerce site provides a new revenue stream for customers to purchase products directly (without connecting with a customer service agent).Completed a custom identity service project. The application extended beyond the simple login and customer meta data. Additional services included management of shipping and billing addresses, payment tokens, custom user data attributes, and the ability to send “magic links” for application authentication. This application supported the e-commerce front-end application.Return automation to allow customer service agents with the ability to generate an RMA within Salesforce. AWS application will proxy request to fulfillment providers, store and return the response to Salesforce. Once item(s) are received at the fulfillment center, a web-hook processes the return and will push the updates to Salesforce.Created a library/service to handle triggering of workflow reset, removal from subscription lists and pausing of workflows via a third-party email service.

Hubbard Radio (a subsidiary of Hubbard Broadcasting) has given me the freedom to grow and explore new technologies that are relevant to their core business. The most exciting project thus far has been developing an API back-end to power an on demand digital audio application for multiple platforms. Our PHP/Laravel framework solution was built to be scalable and is deployed using AWS.Another invigorating project I have been involved with has been creating custom Alexa skills using NodeJS and the Alexa Skills Kit (ASK) for over 50 radio stations. Our interactive custom skills allow listeners to stream their favorite radio station as well as retrieve on demand content.Also included in my role is the continued development, maintenance and support of our proprietary streaming platform.
