I have a deep background in health and care research leadership with over 20 years of proven success, including 15 years in senior health research roles working within prestigious institutions such as the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), the NHS, and universities.Reflecting my background, as a coach, I have worked with leaders in the public and private healthcare sectors, and in the education sector. I have worked with clients based in the UK and Italy. My coaching styleI create relationships very quickly, by building rapport and establishing trust. My style is calm and I create a safe space to allow clients to be open with me, and more importantly with themselves.
