- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to understand project requirements and specifications for building management and electrical monitoring systems in data centers.- Conduct thorough on-site inspections and assessments to evaluate the readiness of control systems for commissioning, paying special attention to the unique requirements and challenges of data center environments.- Perform meticulous functional testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of control system components specific to data center infrastructure, including power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, and cooling systems- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of commissioning activities while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.- Document and report findings, including deviations, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions, with a focus on optimizing system performance, efficiency, and reliability.- Generate comprehensive commissioning reports specific to data center infrastructure, outlining system performance metrics and offering actionable recommendations for improvement.- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, project managers, and maintenance personnel throughout the commissioning process, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operational phase.- Hands-on experience with commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting control systems in data center environments.- Analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues within data center control systems.- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities while ensuring attention to detail.
