S. André Warner is General Counsel at Apogem Capital LLC, a middle market alternatives manager focused on private equity and private credit. André’s primary responsibility is to be a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Apogem Management Committee while executing on enterprise initiatives. He effectively supports Apogem's diverse businesses with an intense focus on collaboration and practical solutions.In addition to advising on corporate matters, he counsels Company executives on domestic and international regulatory considerations, advises portfolio managers on investment structuring and supports the operations and fund administration teams. André remains an executive officer at New York Life Insurance Company, where he advises the Office on the Chief Investment Officer broadly on alternative investments including private equity, private credit, structured finance and real estate investments.  André has been with New York Life since 2012.
