After our new VP of Product joined, I shifted to a product manager role. In this role I helped lead a revamp of our pricing and packaging that greatly accelerated the sales team's work, led discovery on multiple technical features, and worked with my product trio to build the foundations for a major new product line.

When I joined GreyNoise after the acquisition I was tasked with rebuilding and leading the product org while we searched for a VP of Product. My focus was providing stability, accountability, and support to the team while also helping to build out the product strategy and process. During my time we built the company's first functional roadmap, improved velocity on our product teams, completely rebuilt the team, and helped hire an experienced VP to take over.

I founded Krit with two of my best friends before I could legally drink. As the CEO, I was responsible for sales, marketing, product strategy, finance, and people ops. But my favorite parts of the work were always people and product. We created a world-class product team, a culture our team raved about, and consistently delivered for clients. In eight years, we grew to 10 team members, over $1M in revenue, worked with 50+ clients, and brought two internal SaaS products to market. Our clients raised more than $120M in funding with two successful acquisitions. In June of 2022, GreyNoise Intelligence bought Krit to help transform their product team. As an agency, we focused on helping clients steer clear of the mistakes we made with our internal products, while designing and building beautiful products of their own. Our business model changed a few times — from partnering with non-technical founders to working alongside cybersecurity experts — but our passions never did. We always loved creating beautiful software and products that drove real business value. As well as a culture where people felt safe and excited to do their best work.

As one of the first six employees at 52inc, this is where I first fell in love with startups, great product design, and the fast-paced nature of the tech industry. It’s also where I learned to wear whatever hat I needed to and that quality and execution matters more than the idea.In the first 3 months, we launched six new mobile apps. We then pivoted to work on a larger product called Canary that was ultimately acquired. I left before the acquisition to start Krit. Members of our original team now work at companies like Reddit, Square, and Meta. Fun fact: I supplied the voice for an in-app character on one product.
