Customers for Life, part of the WorldMark Group and closely associated with MotorOne, is nationally recognised for its involvement within the Automotive industry for the success of the Rewards and Referral Advantage program which is aimed to bring customers back to dealerships after their purchase; the CSM phone system helps customers come back for service; Roadside Assist a direct competitor to B2C RACV, RACQ, NRMA & RACT; Vehicle Protection plan, an in-house warranty program which helps increase service retention. My role encompassed the conception of business and the above products/services from concept to market.Key Achievements:• Upon commencement of Customers for Life in the role as General Manager, clients grew to 400 in the short period of 5 years.• Launched additional programs to tackle the transition to digital media with Digital Drive, a customised mobile app based referral program which drives consumer engagement during a vehicle's lifecycle.• Established processes within the current Data integration platforms which communicated with external parties.
