I have been in most commercial roles myself (sales, customer success, marketing) and have also built up whole teams for these functions from scratch.I also have extensive I&C and control systems engineering across mining and oil & gas - having run large teams to deliver projects from design to installation/commissioning.I love solving complex business challenges and building technical teams to unlock the solutions.
