Drew continues to be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of existing machinery used in the production and processing of expanded metal. Starting in 2011 he rebuilt and overhauled every piece of machinery in the company. This was in an effort to increase uptime, improve quality and most importantly improve Expanded Solutions overall reliability to its customers. However, since expanding metal is such onerous process, machines still break down. When they do, Drew is responsible for completing root cause analysis and engineers improvements to minimize future down time. He also manages the engineering, design and purchasing of new equipment. His primary focus is increasing Expanded Solutions capacity and improving quality while reducing lead time to our diverse and growing customer base.

Oklahoma City

Drew managed production scheduling and inventory of raw and finished goods. He was also involved in technical sales for new customers as well as existing customers with new product lines. In addition to managing production he also rebuilt all of the small mesh machines from the ground up. This not only improved the quality of the expanded metal produced it also reduced setup times. This experience gave Drew a solid foundation for rebuilding the large mesh machines later in his career.
