An entrepreneurial finance executive with over 25 years experience in banking and corporate finance, originating transactions and assisting companies to raise capital and manage their debt and equity requirements. I have arranged the IPOs of a number of resource companies, managed placements and undertaken restructures including mergers and acquisitions and divestments.I have also founded and seeded a number of startups in agriculture and technology including wine, aquaculture, renewable energy and blockchain. In 1995, i founded Australia's first (and to date only) offshore fish farm.Prior to corporate advisory, I worked with a number of international investment banks providing advice and risk management solutions to many of the ASX top 200 listed companies.
