I am a certified GIS Professional (GISP) since 2004. I have spearheaded several major underground utility and Electric distribution network mapping projects involving tens of thousands of miles of underground sewer, stormwater and water infrastructure and miles of electrical data, Nationally and Internationally including work for the Cities of New York, Chicago, Miami, Miami Beach. the Islands of Puerto Rico and Japan, Africa and the Country of Jordan. I have provided GIS implementation support for many smaller clients as well. I am currently the Technical lead on a project for Palm Beach County Florida to create the data conversion program for their stormwater GIS Inventory.My goal is to continue to contribute to the evolution of GIS solutions to better serve my clients.Specialties: I specialize in four primary disciplines;1. Underground utility GIS development. I have designed numerous data conversion and data update programs.2. QA/QC program design and implementation.3. Seamless Countywide cadastral map program implementation.4. Electric Distribution System mapping, and analysis support. I have led the creation of several GIS data sets which enable bi-directional flow trace analysis between the primary substation and equipment and facilities being fed by the network. Prior to my career in GIS I was a member of the navigation team for a US Submarine.
